The Match Trade checkbox is selected by default.

This option will only impact the Available Employee and Available Crews sections if work order activities are selected in the list.

If multiple work order activities are selected and more than 1 Trade is represented on these activities, then no employees will be displayed in the Available Employees section because an employee can only have 1 Trade.
