If GIS maps will be used for dispatching, see the HxGN EAM GIS brief for configuration details to enable the map to display.

If the CDKEY install parameter does NOT contain the required GIS Module permissions or the CDKEY install parameter DOES contain GIS Module permissions while maps have not been configured for display (i.e., the GISSERV installation parameter is missing/invalid), the GIS Map WO Dispatching screen will not attempt to display a map when loading the screen. In addition, the following behavior will occur:

1. No error or warning will be displayed.

2. The map area will be automatically minimized.

3. The Available Crews / Available Employees sections will be automatically maximized.

In summary, the map will be displayed if the ESRI GIS Module has been purchased and maps configured. Else, dispatching can still be performed without the map.
