In the EAM application, personnel can be identified by several different entities: callers, contacts, employees, supervisors, and users.
Each of these entity screens in EAM contains data that uniquely identifies a person. Information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, or e-mail can all be utilized to identify an individual. With the implementation of the GDPR throughout the countries of the European Union, people are granted the right to have control over their personal information and can, at any time, ask to be removed from a system/application that collects such data.
