Emails are sent out for every service request created in the system which has a primary email address defined. The monitor used for this event is called NEWSREMAIL. A default email template has been provided on the ISO under the folder IONEmailTemplates.

  1. To import the provided template, log on to ION.

  2. Select ION Configure > ION Service. Configuration files

  3. Select the Upload Updated set of Templates option and browse to the CSFMEmailTemplates.zip file.

  4. Click OK.
