Connecting HxGN EAM to exchange data with Portfolio Manager is a four-step process. In the first two steps, you add HxGN EAM as a contact (or connection) to your account and then HxGN EAM must accept that connection request. After the connection has been accepted, in the last two steps you will share properties and meters with HxGN EAM, and then in HxGN EAM you will confirm and accept these requests to share.
