For properties that are defined in HxGN EAM and Portfolio Manager, reduce the manually effort required to enter energy consumption data and gather Energy Star Ratings.

HxGN EAM will automatically calculate energy consumption across date ranges and transmit that data to Portfolio Manager

HxGN EAM will receive the Energy Star Ratings from Portfolio Manager and make those ratings available for viewing.
