The Documents screen is accessed from the main menu and is used to:

  • Create a new document with a unique identifier (Document field)

  • Upload a file onto the HxGN EAM server accessible using this identifier

  • Reference an external web site or file location by URL

  • Edit an existing document record

  • Revise the File Path

  • Upload revisions to the file
