The Sync message is a broadcast message published by the system of record. It is used to inform other applications about the latest information for the noun. It is published after a business event causes a change in the data.
These action codes are supported for Sync:

Add: Notifies other applications that a document or record has been created.

Replace: Notifies other applications that an existing document or record has been updated. The entire document replaces (updates) all data elements.
