Data Lake Upload Setup > Tables tab

The Tables tab provides a list detail view of the tables selected for inclusion for data extracts from EAM to be uploaded to Infor® Data Lake by schedule.

In EAM, select Administration > Data Lake > Data Lake Upload Setup, and then select the Schedules tab to review a schedule, or select the Tables tab to add tables to define the extract content.

The Tables tab includes these fields:

  • Table: The table to extract from EAM and upload to the Infor® Data Lake. This field can be populated from the defined LOV or by typing directly in the field.

  • Client Table Name: The name used by the client as a reference for the table.

  • Schedule Order: The numerical order in which the table will be uploaded to the Data Lake for the schedule.

The value for Table ID is automatically populated with a sequential number. The values for Schedule ID and Schedule Description reflect the schedule to which the table is being assigned.

The Status field is defaulted as "Inactive" and remains protected until fields have been added. After fields have been added for the table, update the Status field to "Active."

The Upload Status field provides a text indicator when the table has been updated based on the associated schedule. If the upload was successfully completed, the Upload Status is updated to "Success." If the upload failed, the Upload Status updates to "Failed" and the associated error message is displayed in the Error Message field.

When a table is added, the system will programmatically auto populate all columns for the table. If a xxx_lastsaved column exists in the referenced table, this xxx_lastsaved column will be marked by the system as a Timestamp field (Timestamp Field checkbox selected).

Edits to the table attributes or associated fields can only be made when the referenced schedule has a status of "Waiting." If the referenced schedule has a status of "In Queue" or "In Progress" edits to the content of the extract are not allowed.
