On ION desk, go to Monitors under Event Management and use Model to create a monitor. Give a name, description to the monitor, check Tenant checkbox, and fill in EAM tenant. (This monitor is tenant
specific!)
On Application Documents tab, add AssetTrackingData noun.
On Attributes tab, add four attributes with values pulled from below BOD locations.
On Conditions tab, add a condition with the below criteria.
On Rules tab, select Rule Type = ‘Condition Only’ and select condition that was previously created.
On Alert Settings tab, enter the message text that will be displayed on email.
You can embed the attribute values in the message text, i.e. [SurveyURL].
On Distribution tab, add distribution data with Type=E-mail, ‘Use attribute value’ checked and
Attribute=EmailAddress.
Save and activate the monitor.
You may also import the monitor that is exported from a different ION Environment (Monitor_CustomerSurveyEvent.xml file) and then make necessary adjustments after it is
imported.
