Create a document flow on ION desk. Add one activity by dragging Application from Activities to the document flow. Then click Add button as shown on the picture and select the EAM connection point
that was created/provisioned and configured based on the scenario. Save the document flow and then activate it.
You may also try to import the ION document flow that is exported from another ION Environment (Docflow_CustomerSurveyEmail.xml file). Then make necessary adjustments after it is
imported.
