When the IMS partner is associated with ION IMS via API Gateway connection point in cloud environment where EAM is deployed in Hexagon cloud, for EAM outbound BOD transactions to ION, tenant specific ION oauth 2.0 credentials need to be configured in EAM Integration Configuration screen. Contents of EAMIMS.ionapi file downloaded from Infor OS when configuring EAM ION IMS via API Gateway connection point will be used. Copy the field values from EAMIMS.ionapi file and paste to the corresponding fields in Integration Configuration screen based on below mapping:
