Ensure that you have installed and configured these products:

  • Infor Federation Services

    Infor Federation Services is installed with Infor Ming.le. See the appropriate installation guide for Infor Ming.le. If you plan to use Infor Federation Services without using other Infor Ming.le functionality, see the Infor Ming.le Installation Guide for Standalone IFS.

  • Infor ION Desk and Infor ION Connect

    The server where you install ION must be able to connect to the servers where you install HxGN EAM and other BOD-enabled applications.

  • Install HxGN EAM

    See HxGN EAM Installation.

  • HxGN EAM Databridge

    At least one of the HxGN EAM servers must have HxGN EAM Databridge enabled. See HxGN EAM Databridge System Administration.
