This document provides configuration and implementation information for the integration of HxGN EAM with Infor ION when ION is used to exchange data with another Infor product or third-party product. This document describes configuration requirements and provides setup instructions. It describes the ION connection points that are used in the integration. This document provides information about the business events or user actions in HxGN EAM that send Business Object Documents (BODs) to ION Connect.

This document is intended for the system administrator or consultant who configures HxGN EAM for use with ION. Before you read this document, ensure that you are familiar with the other guides listed in the Infor ION documents and Documents related to ION integrations sections below.

To configure HxGN EAM with ION, you must have experience or knowledge in these areas:
