When working with the HxGN EAM Support team to resolve an issue, it may be necessary to grant them temporary access to the environment’s database for proper assessment and resolution. You can provide this permission from this screen.

Log into the tenant in which it is desired to give permission for support to access.

Choose Support Database Access Permission as the Request Type.

Choose a Job Definition.

Choose a Job Window.

Save the record.
The start date of the permission is assumed to be immediate. Once the record is successfully
processed, the expiration date of the permission will be visible in the Job Status Message field. If further assistance is required after the expiration date, you will be required
to submit another Support Database Access Permission request.
