In the event you desire a specific Mobile Script to be ran against a tenant, you can do so from this screen.
The tenant in which you are logged into is the tenant that will receive the requested
Cloud Service Request maintenance activity.

Log into the tenant in which it is desired to have the Mobile Scripts applied to.

Choose Mobile Scripts as the Request Type.

Choose a Desired Start Date.

Desired Start Date is an approximate date that is used to return all available time slots within four weeks of the selected date.

Choose a Job Definition.

Choose a Job Window.

All relevant Job Windows will be returned based on the selected Job Definition value.

Choose a Scheduled Date.

Based on your previously selected values, Cloud Service Request screen will present all dates that are available to schedule your maintenance activity on.

Save the record.

Click Submit Request button to ensure the Status is changed from New to Scheduled.

Cloud Service Request portal will update this record’s Status throughout the remainder of its lifecycle until the maintenance activity is completed.
You may cancel a Cloud Service Request by clicking the Cancel Request button. This is only allowed prior to submitting the request, or if the Cloud Service Request Status is Scheduled.
