The Issue/Return Parts screen is where parts are issued from the Store or parts are returned to the Store.
In addition, this screen contains a Leak check box for parts designated as a Fugitive Gas (Parts screen). Checking the Leak check box indicates that replenishment of this part is due to a leak and that the resulting CO2e emission will be accounted for.
Example #2: The Part ABC-125 is being issued from the Store and classified as a "Leak".
