This tab is used to create and edit utility bill information for an Invoice Voucher.
Example #1: On this tab, you will enter the Utility Bill Source (HVAC-1, the equipment to which this utility bill applies), the commodity we are being billed for (Electricity), the date range this bill encompasses, the usage during that date range and the cost.
