When you create new assets from a connection, such as HxGN EAM, allow the assets to load, and then search for and select an asset, you may encounter one of the following issues:

Connection information is blank. You may need to click anywhere in the Connection field to get the drop-down list to display.

Connection information takes longer than expected to load.
