If there are lots of documents for a company or project, it might be hard for people to find what they need. To make it easier, organize the documents into folders.

Create a folder

  1. Click Document Repository .

  2. Click Add > Add folder, and fill in the name of the folder.

    How do I control access to a folder?

    If the role can do this

    Then select this

    Only download the folder or its contents

    Read

    Add and download the folder or its contents

    Write

    Have full control access to the folder

    Control

    Do nothing with the folder or see the folder

    None

    Have same level of access as the parent folder

    Inherited

Copy a document

  • Click Add > Add document.
