Only people in your user group and Hexagon authors and administrators can see and respond to your comments. Users in other user groups cannot see them.
Mapping to user groups is done by email address. For example, email addresses containing Hexagon.com are assigned to the Hexagon user group. Only users in the Hexagon group can see comments posted by other members of the Hexagon group.
