You must have SmartPlant Markup Plus installed on the FTR server to support the Hexagon PPM file formats.

If you use MicroStation Version 7 and need to use wide characters, such as Chinese, you must create a text file to match the MicroStation value to the correct code page.
For example, you can create a text file that must be named FTRFontCodePage.txt in the FTR product directory. The file must contain code to define the MicroStation value, what you want to define, and the code page value. For example, 201 Chinese_Font CP_AP023A. A sample FTRFontCodePage.txt file is delivered in the product directory.
If no text file is defined, the default code page on the FTR server is used.
