Select a folder.

Select Edit > Copy
.
After a copy of the folder is on the Clipboard, you can paste it into another folder.

This command places a copy of the selected folder, with all of its filters, on the Clipboard. The original folder remains in the active window.

You can also copy a folder by pressing and holding CTRL, selecting the folder, and dragging to another folder.

Changes in the copied folder do not appear in the original, and vice versa.
