The TAR Default Unit Register lists the standard activities performed in each process unit of the plant during every turnaround. The admin can add unit details or import in the default register based on the budget year.

Setup TAR Default Unit

This procedure allows you to add Unit line items:

  1. Go to Admin > TAR Admin > TAR Enterprise Defaults.

  2. Select the TAR Default Unit Register tab.

  3. Select the TAR Site ID ellipsis and choose the site from the list.

  4. Select the Insert Row icon to add the new Unit line items.

  5. Select the Site Parent Hierarchy Path ID ellipsis and choose a path ID from the list.

  6. Enter values in the following fields:

    • Unit ID

    • Unit Name

    • Unit Number

  7. Select the Site ellipsis and choose a site from the list.

  8. Select SAVE. After saving, the Site Hierarchy Path ID and the Unit Internal ID auto populate.

  9. Select the Delete Row icon if you want to delete any selected row.

Import TAR Default Unit

To import Unit spreadsheet using an Excel or Tab-delimited file, follow the procedure:

  1. Go to Admin > TAR Admin > TAR Enterprise Defaults.

  2. Select the TAR Default Unit Register tab.

  3. Select the Import icon.

  4. Select the Choose File button to choose the required file.

  5. Select the required Format as per the selected file. The available values are listed below:

    • Excel

    • Tab-delimited

  6. From Import Rule for Incoming Records, select the Create New / Update Existing option.

  7. Select the Preview data before saving check box to validate the data before importing.

  8. Select OK to import the file.

    Verify the data on the screen. If there are any missing or blank fields, select the Refresh button to discard the data and repeat the above procedure to import the file again.

  9. Select SAVE.
