View or Establish Project Object - EcoSys - 4.11 - Help - Hexagon

Follow the procedure below to setup a Project Schedule.

1. Navigate to Scheduling > Project Schedules.

2. In the Project Schedule Register panel, do the following:

   1. (Optional) In the toolbar,

      1. Click the Project Controller ellipsis and select the project controller.

         All the projects that are controlled by the selected project controller are displayed.

      2. Click the Project Manager ellipsis and select the project manager of the project.

      3. Click the Portfolio ellipsis and select the portfolio to which the project belongs to.

   2. Select the required Project ID hyperlink against the Project Schedule scheduler method to view and edit its project details.

      The project details are displayed on the right-hand side.

3. (Optional) To change the project within the same scheduler method, in the Project Schedule panel, at the top of the screen, in the toolbar, click the Project ellipsis and select the required project.

4. If required, click the Refresh icon to update the screen.
