Establish Project Currencies and Rate Tables - EcoSys - 4.03 - Help - Hexagon

The Currency & Rates tab allows you to specify the project currency and exchange rate table for a specific project.

Project exchange rate tables must be defined for any organization that use multiple currencies.

Follow the procedure below to setup the project currency and exchange rate table.

1. In the Project Details panel, click the CURRENCY & RATES tab.

   By default, the last selected project appears in the Project ellipsis. To change the project, click the Project ellipsis and select the required project.

2. Click the Project Currency ellipsis to select the required project currency.

3. Click the Project Exchange Rate Table ellipsis to select the required project exchange rate table.

   If Project Currency is other than enterprise currency, Project Exchange Rate Table is mandatory to select for further calculations in project.

4. Click SAVE.
