This procedure allows you to add and schedule a new activity to a project object in the Spreadsheet tab.

Click the Activity Schedule tab and then click the Spreadsheet tab.

In the Activities Spreadsheet panel, click the Insert Row icon.

Click the Path ID-Name ellipsis and select the project to which you want to add an activity.

Type in the below fields for the newly created activity:

Activity ID
-
Activity Name
-
Duration
-

Click the Duration Units list and select the units.

Click the Actual Start Date and Actual Finish Date ellipsis and select the start and finish dates.

Select the % Complete Type from the list.

Click SAVE. The fields WBS ID, WBS Name, Actual Duration (Hrs), and % Complete are auto-populated.

An activity must be added to a CCL Path ID, else the column will appear in red.

Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected row.
