This procedure enables you to re-open a closed fund request. Once the fund request is re-opened, it deletes all the approved allocations done for the selected fund request, creates a log entry on the Log tab and the status of the fund request changes to Open.

  1. Click the Actions list and select Re-Open Fund Request. The Re-Open Fund Request dialog box appears.

  2. Click the Project ellipsis to select the required project. By default, the last selected project appears.

  3. Click the ellipsis to select the required fund request. By default, the last selected fund request appears.

  4. (Optional) Type in a Comment.

  5. Click RUN and then OK.

    • To view the status of the fund request, navigate to Projects > Project Fund Requests and click the Fund Request Register tab.

    • In the Project Fund Status panel, click the Refresh icon. The amount approved in the previous session appears in the Requested Not Allocated column and the amount in Approved to Spend column becomes zero.

    • In the Fund Request Register panel, click the Refresh icon. The Fund Request Status changes to Open, Approved to Spend column becomes zero, and the amount approved in the previous session appears in the Request column.

    • Email notifications are sent to the fund requester. Each workflow user identified on a fund referenced in the fund request will also receive an email.

    • To view the log entry, click the Log tab.
