By default, when a fund is created, it is available for allocation. This procedure allows you to make a fund unavailable for fund allocation. Once the fund is made unavailable, the status of the fund changes to Unavailable and a log entry appears in Fund Log.

Navigate to Portfolio > Fund Source.

Click the Actions list and select Set Fund to Unavailable.

Click the Fund ellipsis to select the required fund. By default, the last selected fund appears.

(Optional) Type in a Comment.
The comment is added to the Fund Log panel. To view the record, click the Log tab.

Click RUN and then OK. In the Fund Register panel, the status of the fund is changed to Unavailable.

To view the log entry, click the Log tab.

To view the status of the fund, click the Fund Register tab.
