This procedure allows you to build a fund request for a project or project structure against a fund. This request can be built only when the fund request status in an Open status. One or multiple line items can be created against one or multiple funds. Fund requests can be placed against the project itself or one of the objects in the project structure.

  1. Navigate to Projects > Project Fund Requests.

  2. At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the project ellipsis to select the required project. The fund requests created for the selected project will appear in the Fund Request Register and summary funding information associated with the selected project appear in the project Fund Status panel.

    You can customize the view of the Fund Risk Register, project Fund Status and Fund Request Details panels from the view settings.

  3. Click the Fund Request ID hyperlink in the Fund Request Register panel. The Fund Request Details panel appears.

    To change the existing fund request, click the Fund Request ellipsis and select the required fund request.

  4. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new row.

  5. Click the Object Path ID ellipsis to select the required project object that requires funding.

  6. Click the Fund ID ellipsis to select the required fund ID.

    • If the fund request is of type - Approved to Spend, the list of funds allocated to the project appear in the Fund ID ellipsis.

    • If the fund request id of type - Additional, the list of funds set up as used for additional funding appear in the Fund ID ellipsis.

  7. Type the amount to be Requested.

  8. (Optional) Select the Request Date.

    By default, the system assigns the current date if you did not specify the current date.

  9. Click the Save button.

    • The values in the Object Name and Fund Name auto-populate.

    • Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete a selected row.
