The Apps menu displays a list of applications that are registered for the ‘Users’ profile.

  1. After logging in to EcoSys Mobile App, the Apps page appears with the list of available applications for that EcoSys instance.

    The Apps page will be displayed in a Tile view where you can drag and drop to re-order the apps and also groups them in a particular folder.

    If your Mobile is connected with servers older than 9.4, tiles will be displayed in light blue by default and will not be allowed to group and reorder.

  2. Select the application from the list to open it.

    The card list screen appears that displays the card list view for the selected application.


    • Select the ellipsis at the top of the Mobile App to access the list of global functions. To access the desired function, select the function name menu that appears.

      If there is no ellipsis at the top of the Mobile App, then the Mobile App does not have any functions configured.

    • Select the on the right pane of the card to view the operations specific to that card.

      If there is no ellipsis on the right pane of the card, then there are no configured operations for the card.

    Starting with Version 9.4, a new pencil icon is added to the card list to allow field editing for restricting column length. When you tap the pencil icon, the edit mode is activated enabling you to make changes. After the updates are made, the card is saved and highlighted with a blue layer to indicate the modification.

    The supported fields type are Numeric Fields, Text Fields, Date Fields, Date-Time Fields, and Boolean Fields.

    Starting with Version 9.4, EcoSys Mobile application supports Visual Workflows similar to Action Batches. You can calculate the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) in a visual workflow within the EcoSys mobile app.

  3. To go back to the Apps page, select and select Apps.
