The EcoSys Server connection can be configured in the Mobile App using a designated link. This link will be embedded in an email sent to the user. Follow the procedure below:

From the mobile device, go to the EcoSys URL.
For example, https://customer.ecosys.net/ecosys.
This will launch the EcoSys Mobile App or if the Mobile App has not yet been installed, it will redirect you to the app store to download the app.

Once the App is launched, it attempts to connect to the EcoSys Server and if successful, it prompts you to complete the login process.
