Create Stage Gate Process - EcoSys - 4.01 - Administration & Configuration - Hexagon PPM

This procedure allows you to create a stage gate process. Once a new stage gate process is created, stages for that stage gate can be defined, and a log entry appears in the Log tab.

The stage gates need to be added to stage gate process. After this, the stage gate process can be assigned to an Opportunity.

1. Navigate to Admin > Portfolios Admin > Stage Gate Admin.

2. Click the Actions list and select Create Stage Gate Process.

   

3. Type a unique Stage Gate Process Name.

   Stage gate name must be unique and cannot contain any special characters.

4. (Optional) Type a Comment.

5. Click RUN and then OK.
