This procedure allows you to add required deliverables for the selected stage gate.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Portfolios Admin > Stage Gate Admin.

  2. Click the Stage Gate Admin tab.

  3. In the Stage Gate Admin Register panel, click the Deliverables hyperlink of the stage gate to add its deliverables.

  4. In the Stage Gate Deliverables panel, click the Insert Row icon to add a new deliverable.

  5. Type in a unique ID and Description.

  6. (Optional) Select the Mandatory check box to mark it mandatory.

    A mandatory deliverable cannot be deleted by a user of the Stage Gate Admin Register screen.

  7. Click SAVE.

    • Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the deliverable.

    • To mark the deliverable as optional, de-select the Mandatory check box and click SAVE. By default, new rows are set to optional.
