Update Stage Gate Process - EcoSys - 3.02 - Administration & Configuration - Hexagon

This procedure allows you to update stage gate process details in the Stage Gate Process Admin Register panel.

1. Navigate to Admin > Portfolios Admin > Stage Gate Admin.

2. Click the Stage Gate Admin tab.

3. In the Stage Gate Process Admin Register panel, type in the Stage Gate ID and Stage Gate Name against the required path ID.

4. Click the Parent ID ellipsis and select the required parent ID.

5. Type in the Last Stage ID and Activate Stage Gate ID.

   The Last Stage ID and Activate Stage Gate ID values are auto-populated depending upon the number of stage gates under the stage gate process.

   

   Last Stage ID and Activate Stage Gate ID can be entered only for root level items.
