Update General Attributes - EcoSys - 2.03 - Help - Hexagon PPM

Follow the procedure below to update Opportunity general attributes.

1. In the Opportunity Details panel, click the General tab.

   By default, the last selected opportunity appears in the Opportunity ellipsis. To change the default opportunity, click the Opportunity ellipsis in the green parameter bar and select the required opportunity.

2. Edit the opportunity Name.

   By default, the opportunity name appears that was entered during the opportunity creation.

3. Click the Start Date ellipsis and select the start date of the opportunity.

4. Click the End Date ellipsis and select the end date of the opportunity.

5. Click the Responsible Org to select the responsible organization.

6. Click the Stage Gate Process ellipsis to select the required stage gate process.

7. Click the Project Manager ellipsis to select the required manager for the opportunity.

8. Click the Portfolio ellipsis to select the required portfolio.

9. Click the Client ellipsis to select the required client for the opportunity.

10. Click the Location ellipsis to select the required location for the opportunity.

11. Click the Exchange Rate Table ellipsis and select the required exchange rate table.

12. Click the Currency ellipsis and select the required currency.

13. Type the required Business Justification / Objective.

14. Click SAVE.

    

    

    • When the Start Date and End Date are updated, the Check: Start Date validation check is completed.

    • When the Stage Gate Process is updated, the Check: Stage Gate Process validation check is completed.

    • When the Objective is updated, the Check: Objective validation check is completed.

    • To view the updated Validation Count, click the Refresh button. Once the Validation Count becomes zero the opportunity can be submitted for review.
