This procedure allows you to update the status of the workflow details.

Navigate to Admin > Core Admin > Email Workflow.

(Optional) At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Run User and Run Date ellipsis to select the required user and date.

Click the Refresh button.

Click the Workflow Register tab.

Click the Workflow Generator ID hyperlink. The Email Workflow Details panel appears.

In the Email Workflow Details panel, click the Workflows tab.

Click the Status drop-down to select the required workflow status.

Edit the Notes.

Click the Save icon.
