This procedure allows you to add or modify comments for submittals with Open status.
Comments can be updated only by the user that created the comment.

Navigate to Contracts > Submittals.

At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract ellipsis to select the required project.

Click Refresh for screen update.

Click the Submittal Register tab. The Submittal Register panel appears.

In the Submittal Register panel, click the Submittal ID hyperlink. The Submittal Details panel appears.

In the Submittal Details panel, click the Comments tab.

Click the Insert Row icon to add a new comment.

Click the Save icon. The User, Create Date and Update Date fields auto-populate.

In the Comment column, click the Comment icon. A Comment dialog box appears.

In the dialog box, type the required comments and click the Save button. The comment entered auto-populates in the Comment column.
Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete a selected comment.
