This procedure allows you to add new contract budget line items and update Quantity, Hours and Cost for each line items.

Navigate to Budgets > Contract Budget.

At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract ellipsis to select the required project.

If required, click REFRESH to update the screen.

Click the Contract Budget Register tab.
You can update the changes only in Open status.

Click the Line ID hyperlink. The Contract Budget Details panel appears.
If you select the line ID with Manual Curve, then only Time-Phasing tab appears.

Click the Details tab.

Click the Insert Row icon to add a new budget line item.

Populate data as indicated below:

(Optional) Quantity

(Optional) Hours
-
(Optional) Cost

Click the Save icon.
