  1. When accessing a Screen Layout, a new icon in the Screen Layout bar appears on the Screen Layouts that have the option Shareable (via permalink URL)? enabled. 

  2. Click the icon . A popup appears with a link to copy.

    The link contains information that directs a user to the screen layout with the same parameters.

    If the server is not configured to use https, you must select the URL and use CTRL-C to copy the URL.
