This procedure allows you to edit the general attributes of the risks.

  1. In the Project Risk Details panel, click the General tab.

  2. To change the risk, click the Risk ellipsis and select the required risk.

  3. Type in to edit the Risk Description.

  4. Click the ellipsis for each of the below fields and select the required values.

    1. Status - Select the status of the risk.

    2. (Optional) Type - Select if the risk is a Threat or an Opportunity.

    3. (Optional) Category - Select the category of the risk.

    4. (Optional) Impact - Select the impact of the risk on the selected category.

    5. (Optional) Probability - Select the probability of its occurrence.

    6. (Optional) Owner - Select the owner for the risk.

  5. (Optional) Type in the Rank for the risk.

  6. (Optional) Type in the Impact Summary.

  7. (Optional) Type in the Action Plan required to mitigate the risk.

  8. Click SAVE. The Risk Score auto-populates.
