This procedure allows you to view the general details of email workflows.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Core Admin > Email Workflow.

  2. (Optional) At the top of the screen, in the tool bar, click the Run User and Run Date ellipses to select the required user and date.

  3. Click the Refresh button.

  4. Click the Workflow Register tab.

  5. Click the Workflow Generator ID hyperlink. The Email Workflow Details panel appears.

    • To view the steps, click the Steps tab in the Email Workflow Details panel.

    • To view the user steps, click the User Steps tab in the Email Workflow Details panel.
