The EcoSys accounts belonging to established EcoSys users who are no longer using the system should be deactivated. They cannot be deleted as their user ID may be associated with system audit data.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Core Admin > Users and Security > Maintain Users.

  2. Click the Users tab.

  3. In the User Register panel, select the License as None.

  4. Click SAVE to remove the license.

    The removed license returns to the license pool for organization use.

  5. De-select the Active check box of the user who has to be deactivated.

  6. Click SAVE.
