This procedure allows you to define a fund request ID format for the selected project. This format is used to create a fund request ID whenever a new fund request is created. Fund request ID formats must be established correctly before fund request can be created.

In the Project Details panel, click the Fund Request Admin tab.

(Optional) Type in a required Prefix.
The prefix is added to the beginning of the fund request ID.

(Optional) Type a digit in Next ID Base.
The numbering of the fund request ID starts with this digit.

Type a digit in Digits (Max 20).
This is the length of the fund request ID.

(Optional) Type in a required Suffix.
The fund request ID ends with this suffix.

Type a digit in Increment.
The fund request ID increments by this digit.

Click SAVE, the fund request ID appears in Fund Request ID Example (Max 40).
