This procedure allows you to view or update the resource related attributes.

  1. Navigate to Resource Management > Data and Attributes.

  2. Click the Data and Attributes tab.

  3. (Optional) Click the Resource ellipsis and select the resource that you want to update.

  4. Click the Resource Name hyperlink. General panel appears.

  • Key Information

  1. Type in the Resource ID and Resource Name.

  2. Click the ellipsis icon and select the following fields:

    • Resource Type

    • Discipline

    • Unit of Measure

  3. Type in the Email ID.

  4. Type in the External Key.

  5. Update skills of the resource:

    1. Click the Skills hyperlink. Resource Skills panel appears on the right-hand side.

    2. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new row for resource skills.

    3. Click the Resource Skills ID ellipsis and select the resource skill.

    4. Click SAVE. The Resource Skills Path ID and Resource Skills Name fields auto-populate.

      Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the selected line item.

  6. Click the Rate hyperlink. The rate of the resource appears in the Resource Rate panel on the right-hand side.

  • Scheduling Settings

  1. Select the Effective Start Date and Effective End Date.

  2. Click the ellipsis icon and select the following fields:

    • Time Unit ID

    • Time Card Profile ID

  • Location

  1. Click the ellipsis icon and select the following fields:

    • Location

    • State/Province

    • Country

  2. Type in the following:

    • Street Address

    • Zip Code

    • Phone Number

    • Mobile Phone Number
