The procedure allows you to view and update the general attributes of a worklog.

Navigate to Admin > Worklogs.

In the Summary tab, click ID hyperlink. The worklog Details panel appears.

Click the General tab.

Edit the Item Name.

Click the ellipsis to select the values for the following:

Type - Select the type of worklog.

Affected Functional Area - Select the affected functional area.

Implementation Phase - Select the implementation phase. By default, the option selected in the worklog settings appears.

Current Phase - Select the current phase. By default, the option selected in the worklog settings appears.

Priority - Select the priority.

Priority Order - Type in the priority order.

Click SAVE.
