This procedure allows you to cancel a submitted change and partially approved change. Once the change is cancelled, the status changes to Cancelled. You cannot edit the cancelled changes, but you can filter the changes out of applicable reports and views.

Ensure that the visual workflow is cancelled through the System Notifications prior to running the Cancel Change action.

  1. Click the Actions list and select Cancel Change.

    The Cancel Change dialog box appears.

  2. Click the Project ellipsis to select the required project. By default, the last selected project appears.

  3. Click the Change ellipsis to select the required change. By default, the last selected change appears.

  4. (Optional) Type in a Comment.

  5. Click the Run button. The Cancel Change confirmation dialog box appears.

  6. Click the OK button.
