This procedure allows you to update the project schedule enterprise calendars.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Projects Admin > Project Schedule Admin.

  2. Click the Calendars tab.

  3. Click the Insert Row icon.

  4. Type in the Calendar ID.

  5. Type in the Calendar Name.

  6. Type in the Timezone.

  7. Type in the Start Hour and Start Minute of the project schedule.

  8. Type in the project Duration.

  9. Select the required work day check box to select the working days in a week.

  10. Click the Save icon.
