The EcoSys accounts belonging to established EcoSys users who are no longer using the system should be inactivated. They should not be deleted as their user ID may be associated with system data.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Core Admin > Users and Security > Maintain Users.

  2. Click the Users tab.

  3. In the User Register panel, deselect the Active checkbox of the user who has to be deactivated.

    Remove the license before deactivating the user. To remove it, select the License as None and click Save to remove the license.

  4. Click the Save icon.
