After Contract Changes have been built and time-phased, they may be submitted for approval or re-approval through the Submit Change for Approval action. An event entry is added to the Contract Change log, and all resources (users) established in Contracts > Contract Setup > Contract Register > Contract Details – Workflow Admin with a Distribution List value of "All Contract Workflow" or "Change Workflow" will be notified.

This procedure allows you to submit a contract change. After contract changes are built and time-phased, they can be submitted for approval or re-approval by running the Submit Change for Approval action. The resources established in the Contract Setup screen (Contracts > Contract Setup > Contract Register > Contract Details – Workflow Admin tab) with a Distribution List value of All Contract Workflow or Change Workflow will be notified.

All attributes associated with this contract change will be locked and not editable after this action is completed.

  1. Navigate to Changes > Contract Changes.

  2. Click the Actions list and select Submit Change for Approval.

  3. Click the Contract ellipsis to select the required contract.

  4. Click the Contract Change ellipsis to select the required contract change.

  5. (Optional) Type in a Comment.

  6. Click RUN and then OK.
